We will contact the winning bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. You must respond by phone within 48 hours to confirm your purchase.
The winning bidder of this motorcycle must arrange payment of a $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of close of auction, and full payment is expected within 7 days. Please note: If the $1,000.00 deposit is not received within 2 business days, we reserve the right to consider the transaction null and void and re-list or sell the motorcycle to another customer.
The sale must be completed within 7 days after the close of the auction. If we cannot confirm your purchase or if the sale is not completed within 7 days, we reserve the right to sell this motorcycle to another customer.
Acceptable forms of payment of the deposit: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Cashiers Checks.
The balance of the purchase must be paid by cashiers check or an approved method of payment. E-Loan and bank drafts are NOT acceptable.
Financing is available to those who qualify. If you need financing, obtain loan approval BEFORE bidding. We offer below market rates and we would be glad to assist you in acquiring financing. Please call us at (405) 943-2691 to apply. If you choose to finance your purchase, you MUST be approved before the end of the auction to bid.

If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. As this motorcycle is available for sale in our showroom, we reserve the right to end the listing at any time.
Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this motorcycle. NB: If you have less than 5 positive feedbacks, you MUST contact us before bidding. If you do not contact us, your bid WILL BE CANCELLED. There are no exceptions to this rule. We apologize to the bidders who are sincere, but have had too many low feedback buyers bid and not buy. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.
All buyers pay $75.00 for state and local title taxes and document fees.

If you have questions or concerns, please address them before bidding. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any bids from bidders with excessive negative feedback.
The time to decide, determine, and evaluate is during the auction. Please call or e-mail us if you have any questions. However, the conclusion of the auction is the time to pay! Being the high bidder doesn't mean you've been awarded the opportunity to "think about it" or to "come up with the funds". It means you have entered a binding agreement to purchase this item immediately following the conclusion of the auction AND that you have the funds to do so.
Bidding on eBay auctions is easy and fun--but it is also serious business. Please understand that you are obligated to complete sales from all listings that you win, including auctions and Buy It Now transactions. Please read eBays User Agreement FAQs or Full User Agreement for more details.
If you fail to carry out a promise or commitment on a sale, we will file a Non Paying Bidder report AND leave Negative Feedback.
As this motorcycle is currently available for sale on our showroom floor, we reserve the right to end or cancel this auction at any time at our discretion. No bid retraction will be allowed in the last 24 hours. If such an event occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the auction and re-list the vehicle.
