Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. We require a $500 deposit within 24hrs, 1 business day, of the auction ending unless the vehicle sells for less than than $500 in which case a deposit of $100 will be due. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. The remainder is due within 3 business days or 5 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales. Payment Methods can be cash, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must clear before vehicles are released. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Please feel free to call us for more information. Outs of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Pennsylvania, and New Jersey residents will need to contact us since all tag, tax and appropriate fees for their states will be collected at time of sale. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1996 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if reserve has not been met, or the auction has not ended.
