Winning bidder must contact us within 36 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. We accept payment in the form of bank wire, cash, cashiers check or money order. A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due at that time and the remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 36 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for auto shippers or we have provided a link at the bottom of this listing for a dependable nationwide shipper.
If you are not sure about something, please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if reserve has not been met, or the auction has not ended. Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to Ebay, and negative feedback posted.
When placing a bid you have entered into a legally binding contract. Buyer pays all sales tax and related fees. All sales are subject to a $149.50 prep fee, $50 documentary fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based at .2469% of the purchase price. Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and title and registration fee. Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. For winning bidders who wish to drive their new vehicle home, we will gladly arrange pick up at Houston's Hobby Airport.
