CLOSING OF AUCTION:
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. Contact Julie or Angie at 804 784 2320. Winning bidder is required to confirm identity immediately per request, & must provide driver's license & registration information in order to facilitate title transfer. The remainder balance is due within 5 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
At the close of the auction we will require the buyer to contact us by phone or email to set up the required deposit and arrange for pickup. At this time we will ask for your credit card number and charge to your account the deposit. Also we require at that time a faxed copy of your Driver's License and Credit Card being charged. Please have these items ready when you contact us. If you are planning to pick up the vehicle, these are the hours we are open for eBay deliveries: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 10 am to 7pm and Tuesday, Thursday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday 11am-3pm. We are closed on Sundays and all National Holidays. If these hours do not suit your needs, then please arrange to have your vehicle shipped. If you are shipping your vehicle we will FedEx all documents to you that need to be signed and sent back to us with payment, before your vehicle may leave our property. By bidding on the above vehicle, bidder acknowledges all eBay rules and the rules as stated above by Wally’s Wheels. By placing your bid you accept all rules as listed above and understand there are no refunds or cancellations, as your bid is a legal and biding agreement, (as stated in the eBay User Guidelines). The balance of the purchase price MUST be paid by cash, cashiers check, People First check, or wire transfer only within 7 days of closing. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT! We charge 1% on any balance to be paid by PayPal. Any other fees charged by credit companies are added to the price of the vehicle.
LOAN OFFICER AVAILABLE:If you need us to qualify you we will need to contact us 3 days prior to closing. Angie will be your contact for the loan and she can be contacted at 804 784 2320.
Please note that you are welcome to have your loan officer contact us to arrange one of the above payments if they have questions or concerns. We realize that different lending institutions have different needs and we are here to work with you in those instances. If you arrive to pick up your vehicle and do not have an acceptable form of payment you will be denied delivery of the vehicle. Final payment must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. Once the vehicle is paid for in full, insurance is required. We do not insure the vehicle after payment is made in full. This is especially important if your vehicle is being transported via car carrier. Please have all loan and financing arrangements in place before you bid. We do recommend www.PeopleFirst.com for competitive rates and terms on automobile financing. Most vehicles qualify for 1-3 year extended warranties depending on mileage and age of the vehicle. Once the auction is over the salesperson will go over these details with you if you are interested. All vehicles are sold As-Is unless there is a remainder of the factory warranty on the vehicle. Since all vehicles are sold As-Is, we strongly recommend purchasing these warranties for future mechanical needs and for your own general satisfaction.
