Doss Automotive Inc. has described the above mentioned vehicle or boat to the best of our ability. However, with all pre-owned items the condition is subjective, In regards to winning bidders: If the vehicle is not as represented upon personal inspection, We will promptly refund your deposit. This is another way for us to assure your satisfaction in conducting business with our company. If your personal inspection is not possible, we will be glad to help facilitate an inspection by your chosen local independent service center and will make arrangements to deliver the vehicle to them for this purpose. Our goal is to provide you with the best service and the most comfortable buying experience on Ebay. We do not accept escrow. We prefer Paypal for the $500 deposit. We expect full payment within 7 days. For payment we accept bank wire transfers ,cashiers checks, or cash in person. Personal checks will only be accepted with prior approval. We can't accept paypal for the remaining balance on an auction without prior approval. All inspections must be done prior to delivery. Feedback will be left at time of final transaction.

Buyer is to pay a $500 deposit within 72 hours with balance due 7 days of close of auction (see Fees and Taxes Section). Buyer agrees to be bound by those terms and conditions of sale, and agrees that Seller shall be entitled to adequate compensation for any incomplete sale as a result of bidder's inability to complete purchase within the stipulated seven-day period. In the event of a default, Buyer agrees to compensate Seller a sum equal to 10% of the amount of the Buyer's high bid, or $1,500.00; whichever amount is greater. Violation of the terms and conditions of sale may carry civil penalties as may be levied by courts having legal jurisdiction.
