Call for Detailed Description of this vehicle. If this vehicle is not as described, we will reimburse reasonable round-trip transportation cost. Example -- Coach airfair; Gas and food for people driving; etc. The winning bidder should contact Southern Imports, Inc. within the first business day following auctions end. All Payment and Delivery arrangements will be made at this time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. We accept wire transfers, cashier checks, money orders, and cash. Please have payment and\or financing arrangements approved before bidding.

Since we conduct day to day business on our lot, we reserve the right to sale and\or remove this vehicle at any time.

Buyer is responsible for pickup and\or delivery of this vehicle and all cost associated with pickup and\or delivery. If you wish to have vehicle shipped using a service, we will be glad to assist you with the arrangments. All shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

All state and local taxes, and fees, vehicle tag purchases, or any other cost associated with registration of this vehicle, and titling of this vehicle are the sole responsibility of the Buyer; except for Mississippi buyers, in which Southern Imports, Inc. must collect sales tax and make title arrangements for Mississippi buyers. Mississippi buyers are responsible for their own tag purchases

We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if reserve has not been met, or the auction has not ended. Any disputes arising from the terms of sale for this vehicle shall take place through an independent arrbitrator.
