CARad has no registration fee.
What is the vehicle listing fee and what does it include?
There is a $9.95 vehicle fee for each vehicle listed, up to a maximum charge of $299 per calendar month. For this fee, you get online technical support, live technical support during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm CST), unlimited photo hosting, a complete photo management system with drag and drop capability, multiple templates, an email archive system, an inventory uploader, description builder, header builder, and inventory archive system. We monitor your listings and alert you to costly errors you are making that will affect the outcome of your online sales. We also offer other helpful services.
Will I need an eBay account to sell my vehicle using CARad technology?
Yes. You will need to establish a sellers account with eBay Motors. When you register on eBay as a seller, you will be prompted to provide a credit card and bank account for billing. The process is free, and will take you just a few minutes. Register on eBay now.
Do I need any special equipment to list my car?
No. All you need is a computer and a connection to the Internet to list your car.
Will CARad take digital photos of my car or write my description for me?
No. We do not take photos or write your listing. Our expertise is to provide you with the best technology to enable you to list your car on eBay using your photos and description.
Does CARad host my photos?
Yes. We have a simple-to-use Photo Management System to upload your photos to our hosting servers.
How much does it cost for CARad to host my photos?
Nothing. CARad hosts your photos as part of your listing fee.
How many photos will CARad host?
CARad allows up to 35 photos in each listing. Our system offers an easy-to-use browser to find your photos, and lets you to quickly upload all 35 photos at one time.
Can I change my photos on CARad once an eBay Motors listing is active?
No. It is eBay policy that for the protection of eBay buyers, listed photos can not be changed. Additional photos may be added once a listing is active, but existing photos can not be changed.
Do I need any special software to list my car?
No. Our system is totally Web based. Additionally, we provide you with all the photo software you need.

If I list a vehicle through CARad, do I still have to pay an eBay Motors fee?
Yes. The CARad fee is in addition to your eBay Motors fee.
Will I still be charged if my car does not sell?
Yes. However, if your car does not sell the first time it’s listed, eBay will relist it for you for free. Note: To qualify for the free relist, you must sell your vehicle on eBay on the second relist. For further information, please see eBay’s relisting policy.
