must choose how to get it home. Whether you

1. Do you understand the costs related to open or enclosed carrier, top loading or other special service requests? Does your vehicle relocation service give you a choice?
2. Does your vehicle relocator truly offer "door to door" service?

Does your vehicle relocator offer expedited service and will they guarantee a delivery date? How wide is the pickup and delivery window that they quote you?

What does "terminal to terminal" mean? Do you understand how it can benefit you with last minute changes in your move and pricing options?

Know the difference between insurance and valuation coverage in your relocation contract. Is your vehicle relocator authorized to sell insurance, and are they claiming to provide insurance or do they use your car insurance?

What are the qualifications of the drivers handling the move of your vehicle? Do they have experience loading and unloading all types of cars? Are there one or two drivers on the truck?

Can you track the progress of your move using real-time online technology? Can you check the status of your vehicle relocations at any time, day or night?
9. How long has your vehicle relocation company been in business?
